The world of Italian wine, even before this March pandemic, has been quite anxious over the past year. Wine producers, importers and distributors … we all wonder what the effect of customs duties by the United States may be, the effect of Brexit, the response of the Asian markets after the Covid-19 pandemic. These issues are addressed in my latest article ” Export, stati d’ansia all’epoca dei dazi” (Export, anxiety at the time of the duties) in issue 01 (spring 2020) of the magazine Barolo & Co.

Beyond my article, you will also read the story of a food and wine trip to Lyon, the French capital of gastronomy and the story of everything behind the 550 liters of milk needed to obtain a form of Parmigiano Reggiano.

The monograph dedicated to one of “our wines” is focused on Langhe D.o.c. Nebbiolo.
