It was published in NUTRITO (the on-line magazine edited by ICIF) my interview with chef Melissa Müller. She’s owner and chef at EOLO in Manhattan (NYC).

Melissa is the grandson of Sicilian immigrants. The restaurant EOLO is an act of love for Sicily. She said: “I am using all of the knowledge of ingredients that I garnered in my travels to Italy”.

This week Melissa is in Sicily to shoot a documentary about Sicilian cuisine and its ingredients. Yesterday Melissa received honorary citizenship by the mayor of Caltabellotta (Agrigento).
