Some Italian wines have characteristics that make them unique. There are many reasons: soil, micro-climate, cultivation techniques, rare grape varieties, different winemaking techniques.

TRACCE DI VINO is the NUTRITO column dedicated to the Italian wine. It’s a tribute to the small “doc” wines, produced in a very limited quantity. It’s also a walk through the Italian vineyards to discover the autochthonous grapes.

TRACCE DI VINO is also an invitation to know the territories from which these wines come and the people who produce them. Why not think of a tasting of these “rare wines” in the next weekend?

First issue is dedicated to the variety CODA DI VOLPE, from Campania region.
