The LEGAMI Team loves to tour all of Italy’s wine regions.

We’re deepening our knowledge of the wines from Alto Adige. During 2017 summer we visited many producers in the Isarco valley, tasting mainly wines obtained from local varieties as Traminer and Lagrein, and Blauburgunder as well.

In the South, we felt in love with Grillo, an autochthonous white grape variety, cultivated mainly in the southwest of the island (Mazara del Vallo and Marsala). The best of Grillo is obtained when it’s cultivated in front of the sea, with vineyards exposed to interesting thermal excursions (thanks to the sea breezes).

We’re always learning about special wines: their unique terroir and biodiversities.  Occasionally, I discover new wines, rarely found outside of the local cantinas.
Samples of these treasures return with me to my own cellar: select and unusual… the Collezione LEGAMI.
I offer other international wine lovers the opportunity to know these wines, as well.
